Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Correos de Chile with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Your items will be well protected.

0-250gr 11 USD (registered)
251-500gr 17 USD (registered)
501-1000gr 24 USD (registered)
1001 - 2000gr 50 USD (registered)

Returns

Refunds/replacements are given only for inherently faulty products (i.e. vinyl production errors), or if we send the wrong item by mistake. If you receive a shirt that you ordered but does not fit and wish to swap it, shipping for the return and the outward order is your responsibility.

The customer is allowed to cancel the order and receive full refund if the order is not yet shipped. The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address.
